NFS can be set up using Red Hat's NFS Configuration tool, which configures the NFS server itself and can also create and edit the zone files served.

Alternatively, the server can be set up manually by modifying exports.

After changes are made, the nfs service must be restarted for the changes to take effect (using Red Hat's Services config tool or the service command).
